3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on Friday, 19th of September 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on Friday, 17th of October 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
The draw will take place on Saturday, 18th of October 2025 at 7:30 PM AEST, with the winner drawn and announced live.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to:

• Legal residents of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, and Northern Territory

• Aged 18 years or older at the time of entry

Entrants from other states/territories or under the age of 18 are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Entrants may enter the promotion in one or more of the following ways:

• One (1) free entry per valid Facebook account

b) Free Entry (Email Subscription)

• Submit a valid email address via the entry form at takeabreakclub.com.au

• One (1) free entry per valid email address

c) Paid Ticket Entry
Purchase ticket bundles through the Take A Break Club website:

• 2 entries for $5

• 5 entries for $10

• 25 entries for $20

• 40 entries for $30

• 75 entries for $50

d) Subscription Entry
Subscribe to a Take A Break Club membership plan. Each subscription tier includes automatic entries per draw.

👉 Entrants may enter multiple times. Entry methods are cumulative — combining Facebook likes, email sign-ups, subscriptions, and ticket purchases is permitted and will increase total entries accordingly.

👉 Special promotional ticket pricing or bonus entry offers may be announced at any time during the competition period. These promotions are valid for new purchases only. No refunds, exchanges, or pro rata discounts will be offered to entrants who purchased prior to promotional announcements.

6. Prizes

Total prize pool value: $1,500 AUD

All prizes will be delivered electronically via email or in physical form via registered mail.

7. Draw Details

• All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.

• The draw will take place on Saturday, 18th of October 2025 at 7:30 PM AEST.

• The draw will be conducted using a government-certified random draw generator.

8. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.

• Names of winners may be published on the website and social media.

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be redrawn.

9. Permit Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the trade promotion laws in Victoria, NSW, Queensland, Tasmania & Northern Territory.

11. Subscription Terms

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to have your nominated credit/debit card or financial account direct debited each month for the amount associated with your chosen membership tier.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available for the monthly debit.

• If your payment fails or is not successfully processed, your subscription will be paused or cancelled, and you will not receive automatic entries into any current or future competitions until the issue is resolved.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused entries.
